Just in Time is a Florida-based wholesale distributor of lighting and ceiling fans, built for the pace of residential production homebuilding. From warehouses in Tampa and Leesburg, we supply complete fixture packages to builders statewide.

Production building runs on schedule. A fixture package that arrives late, short, or wrong doesn't just cost a trim day, it moves a closing date. That's the problem we're built to solve. We handle takeoffs and option pricing up front, stock to your plan mix, deliver by lot on your schedule, and work inside the procurement systems your team already uses. Discontinuations, lead time shifts, and spec substitutions get resolved before they reach your jobsite, and two Florida warehouses keep inventory close enough to the work that short-notice replacements are practical rather than aspirational.
