About Us

Two Trails, Inc. is a world-wide Sustainable Building Consulting firm established in 2001 with offices in Florida (Headquarters) & Nevada. Two Trails provides commercial, residential and development sustainable certification services (USGBC LEED certification, Commissioning, ICC 700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS), along with energy modeling, energy audits, and envelope - air distribution leakage testing (blower door testing for Florida Building Code). We are licensed, insured, and bonded. We are comprised of skilled building professionals including architects, engineers, general contractors, LEED professionals and energy raters. We know that the science of building sustainability must work within construction deadlines! Why...because we come from the construction industry; we were builders.
