Are you a natural closer with an eye for construction and design? SRQ GC & Development is looking for a Commission Sales and Estimator Associate to help drive growth, provide on-site estimates, and build lasting relationships with clients across Sarasota County.
In this role, you’ll combine your sales expertise with technical knowledge to win projects and deliver value to homeowners, real estate investors, and property management companies.
- Generate and follow up on residential/commercial leads
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and deliver professional estimates
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with new and repeat clients
- Collaborate with project managers for smooth project handoffs
- Experience in commission-based sales (construction/real estate is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Confidence in presenting proposals and closing contracts
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
- Degree in Construction or Technical field (preferred but not required)
- Sarasota County-based with reliable transportation
