Building Balance: PWB Warm Yoga Night
Join the Professional Women in Building Council for a relaxing evening of Warm Yoga designed to help you unwind while connecting with fellow women in the building industry.
This special class will be led by Jennie Shumway, owner of Glow Hot Yoga, who will guide us through a welcoming, beginner-friendly warm yoga session suitable for all experience levels.
Practiced in a gently heated room, warm yoga helps increase flexibility, relieve stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to prioritize your well-being while building meaningful connections with fellow PWB members and industry professionals.
Registration is $20 per person, with all proceeds going directly to support Glow Hot Yoga. We appreciate your support of this wonderful local business and our PWB community.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat (if you have one, if not there will be ones available)

- Comfortable workout attire
